PRICE-MATCH TERMS & CONDITIONS

For a price beat to be valid, the competitor must have stock available, they must be in Perth with a shop front in a commercial property  and be a registered business that offers GST-inclusive tax invoices. The repair itself must be for the same work done in a similar time frame and same part in terms of both type and quality. We do not offer our Price Match Guarantee for original manufacturer repair prices. iBroken has the right to refuse price match in scenarios where they deem the price to be unreasonable or unrealistic. The customer has the obligation to prove the competitor’s price, offer, warranty and conditions, by providing email sent from the competitor’s official email address or the related information on the competitor’s offical website. If the customer fails to do so, iBroken has the right to refuse price match.
